Shipping & Returns

We ship everything USPS within the U.S. Shipping rates will be different for Hawaii and Alaska, Please call for shipping charges. We currently do not ship Internationally or to Canada.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 days. Orders places Friday or over the weekend will be processed and shipped the following week. Tracking is available at your request and can be tracked and www.usps.com


The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend a shipping method with tracking.  Original Shipping charges are nonrefundable! 

Item(s) must be received back to store no later than 15 days from the DATE YOUR ORDER WAS PLACED.   Be sure to allow 5-7 days for shipping time. Items must be returned in ORIGIANAL CONDITION. Items must not be altered in any way, this included but not limited to the following: Makeup, stains from trying on or wearing, perfumes, deodorant, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear etc.Shoe/boot boxes are important part of the item presentation and must be returned undamaged, as with the shoe/boot. Original boxes must not be used for main shipping container!

Please be sure to use a tracking service when shipping back a return. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES when shipping back a return.

If item is returned and unable to be resold at full retail price, you will be subject to a 50% restocking fee (you only get 50% refunded back to you).

If your item is defective when it arrives to you , you must notify us via phone, email, or Facebook within 3 days of delivery confirmation date, otherwise, it is considered wear and tear, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment unless other arrangements have been made.

We do accept exchanges...at customers expense. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges!!
